Assistant Wash Pack Manager
The Assistant Wash Pack Manager is responsible for working with the Wash Pack Manager in the processing, organizing and quality control of all produce from fields to sale, as well as organizing and maintaining all related farm supply inventory and records.
You will also assist with other functions of the farm as time allows and as necessary including, but not limited to planting/seeding, crop maintenance, irrigation and harvest.
There is some flexibility in the start date, but ideally you will be ready to start March 30th. This is a full time position that requires a commitment to stay until November 20th, though our goal will be to turn this into a year round position and retain you for as long as possible. The work week will typically be 40hrs/week, Monday through Friday, though there may be a few weekends where you will be asked to work on a Saturday or Sunday during PYO season which is typically mid June through early July.

Compensation: $16-19 based on experience, plus farm produce (seconds), a farm shop discount, and farm gear.
Full Season Farm Crew
We are seeking hardworking candidates for the 2026 full-time farm crew team. The farm crew will work on all tasks related to production and wash/pack, as well as independently on a wide variety of tasks related to normal operations of the farm. We are looking for team players with a love of the outdoors and organic agriculture.
There are full time positions available beginning in May and June and ending November 20th. The work schedule will be Monday through Friday.

Summer Farm Crew
We are seeking hardworking candidates for this years summer farm crew team. The farm crew will work both under the supervision of the production and wash/pack managers on all tasks related to production and wash/pack, as well as independently on a wide variety of tasks related to normal operations of the farm.
Both full and part time positions available. Ideally starting early June and ending late August/early September.
