Garlic Braiding Workshop

to celebrate VT Open
Garlic braiding blends beauty, spice, and wellness! Join farmer Eugenie Doyle at Last Resort Farm to learn the art of weaving flowers with softneck, certified organic garlic to create a functional and delicious braid. Sample the farm’s certified organic veggies, take a farmer-led tour, and explore the Milk House Farm Stand, which provides a year-round assortment of produce, eggs, jams, pickles, and of course, their renowned garlic! Rain or shine. Kids are welcome, and can buy a ticket for an 8-bulb braid. (Kids under 10 can work with their grown-ups on a braid.) Reservations are final. In the event that you need to cancel your ticket, your registration fee will be transferred to credit at our farm store

The 10th annual
Tour de Farms
We’re in the Tour!
The 10th annual Tour de Farms, one of Vermont’s oldest biking and tasting tours of working farms, will take place Sunday, August 6th from 8:30-‐4 in Bristol, VT. The 28-‐mile route will feature 9 farm stops and over 30 farms, food producers, and restaurants, collaborating to provide riders with fresh samples of the summer’s bounty. It’s a fun and tasty way to experience the beauty and agricultural richness of the Champlain Valley. The ride will conclude with an After Party at the Bristol Rec Club Field featuring live music by Left Eye Jump, free Farmhouse ice cream for all riders, Fuego’s taco truck, vegetarian fare by Lucky Star’s catering, Shacksbury Hard Cider, Hogback Brewing, Huntington River Winery, All Times Sparkling Cider, APIS Kombucha, local artists, and kids activities by Willowell Foundation. The Tour de Farms supports ACORN’s (Addison County Relocalization Network) mission to promote the growth and health of local food and agriculture in Vermont’s Champlain Valley.

Certified Organic fresh seasonal produce, winter vegetables and greens, organic eggs from pastured hens, and jams and pickles are available year round.
PICK YOUR OWN BERRIES
Stop by the farm and pick your own; red and black currants, raspberries, mulberries, and blueberries when in season. It's more fun when you pick your own!

We grow approximately 90 acres of certified organic mixed grass and clover hay for horse, dairy and sheep customers. 1st & 2nd cutting, round & square bales.
